Part number as pictured and the lens has MC 9650 sae IP 67 and glo brite molded into it. I always combine shipping when possible and only charge what it costs to ship.

This has been in it's box on the shelf for probably 40 years and is in as new condition with a little dust and cardboard scuffs but no pits scratches cracks or chips in the plastic lens. New old replacement stock Dietz glo brite brand clear plastic turn signal directional lens for a Dodge truck.
