Part number as pictured and the lens has sae STD 66 MC 592 and glo brite molded into it. This has been in it's box on the shelf for probably 40 years and is in as new condition with a little dust but no pits scratches cracks or chips in the plastic lens. I always combine shipping when possible and only charge what it costs to ship.
