Details:

I suspect this light is an NOS unit that has never been mounted, though can't say for certain. Inside is clean, no rust. Underside of the housing is marked 12-V. Has original cloth-covered wire in apparent good condition apart from one small kink see pictures.

Has locator/Guide pin on base. In WW2 and later. See pictures for condition. There is a decal on the front that looks like some sort of inventory code.

The base is cast with part # 593216. Happy to answer questions. The base shows no mount-wear and the threads seem untouched / like-new. Used on military vehicles including Willys Ford Jeep etc.

I have TESTED this unit with a 12v battery and it WORKS I replaced the bulb. The front cover is embossed Guide. Original Guide blackout side grill fender marker light, bullet-shaped.
