This is a good original parking lamp socket pigtail for your Corvette, please look at the pictures below. The metal contacts have some slight oxidation.

The pigtail is dirty and has visible dirt on it. The wires show no cracking or bristling and plug is in good condition. P/N correct for Corvettes 1970-early 1st design the pigtail features first design, which used a rounded electrical connector, instead of square connector found on second pigtails.

The pigtail has some wear due to it being used and mounted.
