This example carries a tag on the lens that says r. In extremely nice condition but found shelved without the original packaging.

Lucas amber front side lamp assembly, which appears to be nos, used on mg model's, a variety of jaguar ck es, jaguar JX 6 and 12s, and JX SS, and probably other British Leland offerings during the 1970s and 80s. There is a small bulb forward and a reflector at the rear of the lens. No scuffing or scratches on the lens or chrome surround and the bullet ends of the wires show no evidence of having been inserted into receptacles. In this example, the rear stud is on one inch from the rear of the lamp base and the two studs are two inches apart on center.

The lamp base carries the number and the amber lens is l827. Though the lamp appears to be fully symmetrical and usable for either side, unless mounting studs are different for a specific application.
